When you work continuously your body require to rest. But you can’t take leave directly leave from your work place. The individual who deserve the superior position are not fool. He knows every strategy of leave after that he deserve this position.  If you don’t use the proper doctors note then you may be fired from the workplace.

The format of doctors excuses should be proper. All the essential things should be mention in the doctors note.  It includes the right format, watermark, doctor’s seal, doctor’s signature, date and time etc. If y our disease are logical and rare then you will be confuse your superiors and get the sympathy from them. Your superior will not ask any question related to your diseases and they will manage everything according to you.

But your diseases should be logical like kidney infection; food poisoning etc. if you use the chicken pox then it will be illogical disease for you. The chicken pox spot will not be on your skin or you will be catch by your boss. You have to be aware about the doctors excuses because if you are using free doctors note then more chance to be busted.

The format that people use for their doctors note should look professional. In the notes, medical terminology should be used and should not be in clearest manner. So you should be careful when utilize the doctors notes.
